Steering You Right Driving Academy

1. Agreement and enrollment

These Terms govern enrollment in and use of Steering You Right Driving Academy’s driver education program at think.steeringyouright.net.

By purchasing or enrolling, you agree to these Terms and our Refund and Exchange Policy. A parent or legal guardian must authorize enrollment and accept these Terms on behalf of a student who is under the legal age to enter a contract.

2. What the $400 fee includes

The $400 enrollment fee covers both the online coursework and the required in-person driving hours included in Steering You Right Driving Academy’s driver education program.

The online portion includes access to the assigned lessons, course materials, activities, and assessments. The in-person portion includes 6 hours of required behind-the-wheel driving instruction, scheduled directly with the school.

The required in-person driving hours are included in the $400 fee and do not require a separate tuition payment.Students must complete both components and satisfy the program’s completion requirements.

Any optional additional instruction or service outside this package must be separately described and priced before the student agrees to purchase it.

3. Eligibility and student responsibilities

Students must provide accurate enrollment information and meet the age, permit, and other eligibility requirements applicable to their instruction.

Before an in-person driving session, students must provide any legally required permit or documentation. Students must follow instructor directions, attend in a condition suitable for safe driving, and comply with traffic laws and school safety rules.

Students must complete their own coursework and assessments. Account sharing, impersonation, and submitting another person’s work are prohibited.

4. Online coursework

Students are responsible for access to a compatible device and a reliable internet connection. Students should contact the school if they experience difficulty accessing the course.

Online access lasts at least 365 days as disclosed before purchase.

Completion of the online portion alone does not constitute completion of the full program.

5. Driving appointments

In-person instruction requires advance scheduling and is subject to instructor availability, eligibility requirements, and safe conditions.

Contact the school promptly if you need to reschedule. Any attendance, cancellation, or missed-appointment requirements must be disclosed before enrollment. Rescheduling an appointment does not create a right to a refund or exchange.

If the school cancels a driving appointment, it will arrange a replacement appointment without an additional charge for that included instruction.

6. Completion and licensing

Students must complete the assigned coursework, assessments, required driving hours, and other disclosed program requirements before the school issues documentation of full program completion.

Enrollment and completion do not guarantee a driver’s license, a passing result on a government-administered test, or an insurance discount. Those decisions belong to the applicable licensing authority or insurer.

7. Refunds and exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for student-initiated cancellations, withdrawals, nonattendance, or failure to complete the program, except where required by applicable law.

Our separate Refund and Exchange Policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

8. Course materials and conduct

Course materials are provided for the enrolled student’s personal educational use. Students may not redistribute, resell, or publicly post course materials without permission.

The school may restrict access or pause instruction when reasonably necessary to address cheating, account misuse, harassment, or unsafe conduct. Any resulting financial consequences remain subject to applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms for future enrollments. Changes will not retroactively reduce the instruction included in an existing paid enrollment or add undisclosed charges without agreement.
