# Refund and Exchange Policy **Steering You Right Driving Academy** **Effective date: [DATE]** ### All sales are final **Steering You Right Driving Academy does not offer refunds or exchanges, except where required by applicable law.** Please review the program description, eligibility requirements, scheduling arrangements, and completion requirements before purchasing. ### What your payment covers **The $400 enrollment fee includes both the online coursework and the required in-person driving hours in the program.** The required driving instruction is included in this price and does not require a separate tuition payment. ### Student cancellations and noncompletion Subject to applicable law, no full or partial refund or exchange is available because a student: * Changes their mind or voluntarily withdraws. * Does not begin or finish the online coursework. * Misses, cancels, or does not complete driving appointments. * Completes only one portion of the program. * Does not pass an assessment or obtain a driver’s license. * Experiences a personal scheduling conflict. Unused coursework access or driving hours do not have a separately refundable cash value, except where required by law. ### Scheduling and access problems Contact the school promptly about an access problem or a needed appointment change so we can help resolve it. If the school cancels an included driving appointment, it will arrange a replacement appointment without an additional charge for that instruction. ### Billing errors and legal rights This policy does not prevent correction of a duplicate charge or other verified billing error. If the school cannot provide the purchased program, it will contact the purchaser to arrange an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law. This policy does not waive statutory refund rights, rights concerning unauthorized charges, or other rights that cannot legally be waived. ### Contact Email: [email protected]: 601-410-0548
